Start a return

Email support@kapsul.ie with your order number and the item you want to return.

Items should be unused, clean and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Refunds are processed after the return is received and checked.

If an item arrives faulty, contact support@kapsul.ie with photos and your order number.

Bundles should be returned with all included items.

Unused items can be returned within 14 days in original condition.
